Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new B2B clients in key sectors: Logistics, Construction, Manufacturing, and Hospitality.
  • Promote our full suite of services, including international recruitment, staff leasing, and personnel outsourcing.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Present tailored staffing solutions to C-level executives, emphasizing our focus on screening and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are realistic and executable.
  • Nurture long-term relationships, turning first-time clients into strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Recruitment, HR, or Outsourcing industry.
  • Strong network or experience selling to industries such as Construction, Logistics, or Oil & Gas.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales targets in a remote environment.
  • Understanding of international hiring processes is a plus.
