Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts across Europe and the Gulf region.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring they understand our recruitment process, timelines, and legal compliance steps.
• Proactively monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand our services (upsell/cross-sell).
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and visa teams to ensure strict adherence to project deadlines.
• Address and resolve client concerns quickly, maintaining our standard of "Uncompromising Transparency".
• Conduct regular business reviews to align our workforce solutions with the client's evolving goals.

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining trust. Your efforts will directly impact our retention rates and reputation. Every day, you will help our clients stabilize their operations by ensuring they have the motivated personnel they need to grow. You will turn first-time clients into long-term partners, securing mutual success for years to come.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B Sales (preferably in HR or Staffing).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in English.
• Ability to manage expectations and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.
• Strong organizational skills to track the progress of multiple staffing projects simultaneously.
