Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Outreach)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our global sales pipeline. World Manpower is an established international staffing agency with over 7 years of successful work and 250+ active clients. As we aim to become the leading HR agency in Europe and the Gulf region, we need a specialist who can effectively introduce our comprehensive staffing solutions to businesses worldwide.

You will help us connect with major players in construction, logistics, and manufacturing, offering them the reliable workforce solutions they desperately need.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients in key industries, including Construction, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Hospitality.‍
• Campaign Management: Launch and manage multi-channel cold outreach campaigns (Email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads for our sales team.‍
• Data Integrity: Build and maintain accurate databases of decision-makers (CEOs, HR Directors, Operations Managers).‍
• Copywriting: Craft personalized, high-converting outreach scripts that highlight our key benefits: strict deadline adherence and full legal compliance.‍
• Qualification: Filter and qualify responses to ensure only high-potential leads are passed to the Business Development team.‍
• Analytics: Track open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact between World Manpower and our future partners. Your work will directly support our mission to match companies with reliable people who bring value and stability. By opening doors to new markets, you will play a crucial role in our strategy to build long-term partnerships based on trust and transparency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation and Cold Outreach (preferably in HR, Staffing, or Service sectors).
• Proficiency with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Strong understanding of the European and Middle Eastern business landscapes.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to craft professional and persuasive copy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to A/B test and improve campaign results.
