About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Partnership Manager to oversee and expand our vendor network. At World Manpower, our reputation relies on the quality of the talent we provide. With a sourcing network spanning the Philippines, India, Eastern Europe, and Africa, we need a specialist to manage relationships with local agencies and training facilities.

If you are a negotiator with a keen eye for quality and a deep understanding of international labor markets, this is your opportunity to shape the backbone of our operations. You will ensure that our supply chain is efficient, ethical, and capable of meeting the demands of our 250+ active clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Expansion: Identify and vet new recruitment partners and local agencies in key source markets (South Asia, Central Asia, Africa).
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of partner agencies to ensure they meet our strict screening standards and ethical recruitment principles.
  • Training Coordination: Collaborate with our trade test centers and language academies (such as Hashira) to align training programs with client requirements.
  • Performance Management: Monitor vendor performance, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and recruitment quotas.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all partners operate within local legal frameworks and international migration regulations.
  • Negotiation: Manage contracts and commercial terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and mutual growth.

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our "Global Talent Access". You will be the bridge between our operational needs and the local markets where talent originates. Every day, you will have the opportunity to improve the standards of international recruitment, ensuring that we only bring the most motivated and skilled professionals to our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or International Recruitment.
  • Deep knowledge of labor markets in Asia (Philippines, India, Nepal) or Africa.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Understanding of ethical recruitment standards and compliance procedures.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of Hindi, Tagalog, or other regional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage partners across different time zones.

We value uncompromising transparency and genuine care for people. We are looking for a professional who treats our partners and candidates with respect while demanding high standards of execution.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience and network capabilities.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a leading global HR agency.
  • Flexible work schedule and hybrid work options.
  • Direct access to our advanced infrastructure, including construction and welding test facilities.
  • A collaborative and dynamic work environment focused on sustainable business growth.

At World Manpower, we believe that a strong network is the foundation of success. We encourage our managers to innovate and build structures that stand the test of time. We provide the resources, authority, and global platform you need to excel in your career.
