We are looking for a results-driven Senior International Recruiter to join our expanding global team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that businesses get the workforce they need while changing the lives of candidates through safe, legal employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sourcing: execute full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and technical roles (construction, logistics, manufacturing, HoReCa).
  • Global Talent Mapping: identify and engage candidates from key source markets including the Philippines, India, Nepal, and Eastern Europe.
  • Rigorous Screening: conduct in-depth interviews and background checks to ensure candidates meet our strict quality standards ("Quality Over Quantity").
  • Skill Verification: coordinate with our trade test centers to validate technical skills (welders, drivers, etc.) before presentation to the client.
  • Pipeline Management: maintain a healthy pipeline of ready-to-deploy candidates to meet strict deadlines and prevent operational downtime for our clients.
  • Collaboration: work closely with our documentation and visa teams to ensure a smooth relocation process for every hire.

As a Senior Recruiter, you are the gatekeeper of our reputation. You will ensure that every candidate we present is not only qualified but also motivated and reliable. Your ability to balance speed with uncompromising quality will directly contribute to our clients' business growth and our vision of becoming the leading HR agency in Europe and the Gulf.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in international recruitment (preferably in mass recruitment or staffing for construction/industrial sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing channels in Asia (Philippines, India, etc.) or Eastern Europe.
  • Understanding of international labor laws and visa/migration procedures is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to transparency and ethical recruitment practices.
